Chuck Wagon Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork and beans | 1 15 Ounce | |
| 1/4 c. light molasses or brown sugar | ||
| 1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion | ||
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 slices bacon, fried and cut up | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 green pepper, cut in sm. slices | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients in heavy cast iron kettle.
Bake slowly at 325° for 2 hrs. or put over outdoor campfire, stirring often.
