 Lean pork1/2 pound
 Water4 Cup (16 tbs)
 4 cups condensed chicken bouillon
 Onion1 Small, thinly sliced
 Stalk celery1 , thinly sliced
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Watercress1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed

Directions

Cut pork into shreds, add to water, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add bouillon, onion, celery, salt, and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes more.
Add watercress to soup and bring to a boil.
Makes 1 1/2 quarts, or 4 servings.
