Chu Jou Pi Chi Tang Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean pork | 1/2 pound | |
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 cups condensed chicken bouillon | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, thinly sliced | |
| Stalk celery | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Watercress | 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
Directions
Cut pork into shreds, add to water, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add bouillon, onion, celery, salt, and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes more.
Add watercress to soup and bring to a boil.
Makes 1 1/2 quarts, or 4 servings.
