Christmas Tree Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberry sauce | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped celery | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Cut dates | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Orange | 1 , finely cut | |
| Chopped maraschino cherries | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Chopped pecans | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cream cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |

Directions
Add salt, celery, dates, orange, cherries and pecans.
Soften gelatin in a small amount of water; add to cranberry mixture.
Pour mixture into cone shaped paper cups.
Chill until firm.
Remove from cups to serve.
Soften cream cheese.
Using a decorator tube, make decorations on cone shaped salads to represent Christmas tree decorations.
