 Zucchini12 Cup (192 tbs), coarsely ground

 Sweet peppers2 , chopped

 Pickling salt1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
 Curry powder1 Teaspoon
 Celery seed1 Teaspoon
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Vinegar3 Cup (48 tbs)
 Sugar4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)

Directions

In large enamel pan, mix pickling salt into vegetables.
Let stand overnight.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Mix together rest of ingredients; add to vegetables in large enamel pan; boil 20 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
