1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter, cooled
2 pt. whipped cream
Vanilla to taste
How to make Christmas Pudding Sauce
Stage1-In a bowl, mix egg yolks, sugar and cooled butter.Stage2-In other bowl beat egg whites until stiff.
Stage3- In large bowl, whip cream. Add butter and egg mixture. Fold in egg whites. Add vanilla. Chill until ready to serve.
Stage4-Stir and serve over slices of warm pudding.
