Directions

Cream butter and peanut butter. Add sugars and cream together. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well with sugar mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in granulated sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8 minutes. Remove from oven and top each cookie with a chocolate kiss, pressing down into cookie. Return to oven and bake 3 to 6 minutes longer, or until kiss is melted slightly.
