Semolina Christmas Cake Recipe
Amazingly delicious christmas cookies guaranteed to make your day. Egglessly baked specially for Vegetarians but everyone can enjoy.
Ingredients
4 oz. butter
4 oz. sugar
4 oz. semolina
pinch salt
4 level tblspns, syrup
8 oz. self-raising flour
1/4-tspn. ground ginger, or other spice
Directions
Melt butter with sugar and syrup, stir in the flour, sieved with the salt and ground ginger or other spice.
Mix in the semolina.
Cool.
Cut out cookie guides from thin cardboard in different shapes: Christmas tree, star, bell, stocking.
Roll out cookie dough 1/8" thick.
Use cardboard guides to cut out different shapes, put onto greased baking sheets.
Cook in a slow oven - 350° F.
