Christmas Broth Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups vegetable tomato juice | ||
| Sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 cups chicken stock or canned chicken broth | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons light brown | ||
| Sugar | ||
Directions
Combine the vegetable tomato juice, chicken stock, brown sugar, and sherry in the top of a double boiler.
Heat almost to the boiling point.
Add the butter.
Serve in individual warmed bouillon cups or soup plates.
Sprinkle on the parsley in the shape of a wreath.
