Delicious Christmas Biscotti Recipe Video
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cold unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 Tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup roasted almonds, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red candied cherries
1/2 cup chopped green candied cherries
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder and sugar. Cut in butter
until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Beat eggs with vanilla and milk. Add
to dry ingredients. Add almonds and cherries. Stir to incorporate all
ingredients. Divide dough in half and form each half into a long log, about 2 " in diameter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 30 mins. Remove and let cool on a
wire rack for about 10 mins.
Using a serrated knife, cut diagonally into 1/2" thick slices. return to oven and
bake for about 5 mins, turn over and bake an additional 5 mins. Let cool comletely and store
in an airtight container.

I tried these and they were great! I love biscottis and their texture and crunch.... fun recipe.maybe I'll add some raisins next time :)
