Christmas Apple Jelly Recipe

Ingredients
| Apple Juice | 1 Quart, canned | |
| Sugar | 5 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red food coloring | 5 Drop | |
| 1 pkg. powdered pectin | ||
Directions
Combine juice and sugar in large saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Add food coloring and pectin; bring to a rolling boil for 1/2 minute.
Remove from heat; skim.
Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
Boil for 2 minutes.
