Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut and pound chicken breasts between pieces of wax paper.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, place flour and coat the chicken with it. Set it aside.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil, add butter and add in the lemon juice and chicken. Sauté for a while.
4. Add fresh basil leaves and cook until tender.

SERVING
5. Serve with pasta.
