Christmas Open House Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 frozen deep dish pie shell | ||
| Cooked turkey | 4 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomato | 1 , chopped | |
| Monterey jack cheese | 4 Ounce | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 4 Ounce | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tarragon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 5 eggs, lightly beaten | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350°F before baking.
MAKING
2. Take a frozen pie shell, arrange turkey, tomato and onion in it.
3. Take a small bowl, add Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and blend well.
4. Halve the cheese mixture and use one portion to arrange on pie shell.
5. Mix sour cream and seasonings with eggs and pour on to the pie shell. Arrange rest of the cheese on the top and bake for 45 minutes or till set.
SERVING
6. Serve warm.
