Christmas Mulled Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| Apples-3 small no-€™s | ||
| Cloves- 12 no-€™s | ||
| Lemon- 1 no, pared for rind | ||
| Red wine | 1.7 Liter | |
| Brown sugar | 225 Gram | |
| Cinnamon sticks- 3 no-€™s | ||
| Brandy | 300 Milliliter | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Stud each apple with 4 cloves and place in a sauce pan along with rest of the ingredients (apart from brandy).
2. Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Cover and cook on low flame for 2 to 4 minutes.
4. Remove off flame and add brandy. Mix once.
SERVING
5. Serve warm in a dessert bowl.
