Christmas Melt Aways Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 egg whites, beaten stiff | ||
| 2 tsp granulated sugar replacement or granulated fructose | ||
| Cream of tartar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tsp green mint flavoring | ||
Directions
Beat sugar replacement, cream of tartar, salt and flavoring into egg whites.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan right away.
