Christmas Marzipan Recipe
Ingredients
| Almond paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs), powdered | |
| Light corn syrup | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
Break up almond paste into tiny pieces in a small bowl; blend in 10X sugar and corn syrup until mixture forms a stiff dough.
Roll out to shape on a pastry cloth or board lightly coated with 10X sugar.
