Ingredients

 Lime jelly powder - 3 oz. package
 Boiling water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Crushed pineapple1 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Pineapple juice1 Cup (16 tbs), heated
 Unflavored gelatin1
 White cream cheese - 8 oz. package
 Red jelly powder - 3 oz. package
 Boiling water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ice cubes4

Directions

MAKING
1 To prepare the first layer: Slightly grease a bowl, add hot water and dissolve lime jelly in it.
2 Stir in the crushed pineapple and allow to set partially.
3 For the second layer: In a bowl, dissolve unflavored as per the package directions.
4 Add in the heated pineapple juice along with cheese and beat well until cheese is blended.
5 Allow to chill.
6 For the third layer: In a bowl, mix red jelly powder with boiling water and ice cubes.
7 Allow to chill until partially set.
8 In a dish, spoon the first layer, araange the second layer on top and finally spoon over the third layer.
9 Chill.

SERVING
10 Serve chilled.
