Christmas Fudge Recipe
Christmas Fudge is a prefect party fudge recipe. Christmas Fudge gets its taste from evaporated milk and chocolate chips. Christmas Fudge is inspired by many cafeterias across the world.
Ingredients
| Sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips | ||
| 1 jar (7 to 7 1/2 ounces) marshmallow creme | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Peppermint candies | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
Directions
Butter 13x9x2-inch pan; set aside.
In heavy 3-quart saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter.
Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium and boil 6 minutes (234°F), stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla.
Stir in peppermint candies.
Pour into prepared pan.
Cool until firm.
