Christmas Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Tangerine sections - 2 cups | ||
| Grapefruit sections - 1 cup | ||
| Pears | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Grapes - 1 cup, seedless | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | ||
| Cranberry or raspberry sherbet | ||
| Pistachio nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl or a container combine first 4 fruits.
2. Sprinkle with lemon juice, add sugar to taste and chill.
3. Into 6 individual sherbet glasses put the liquid.
SERVING
4. Top each serving with a small scoop of sherbet, sprinkle with pistachio nuts and serve.
