Directions

MAKING
1. For the Chimney Fire Cocktail: In a shaker, add amaretto, cider and cinnamon and shake well.
2. Strain into a glass and serve.
3. For the Scrooge Driver Cocktail: In a shaker, add vodka, cranberry liqueur and orange juice and shake well.
4. Strain into a glass and serve.
5. For the traditional eggnog: In a bowl, add the eggs, milk, heavy cream, bourbon, sugar, brandy and nutmeg and combine all the ingredients well together until all the sugar dissolved.
6. Chill the bowl in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours and then serve.
7. For the Snowball Cocktail: In a shaker, add the advocaat, cognac, fresh lime juice, 7 up and shake well.
8. Strain into a glass, garnish with cherries and serve.
9. For the Christmas cocktail cake: In a shaker, add the disarnno amaretto original, cognac, red wine, lemon slice, orange slice and all spice simple syrup and shake well.
10. Strain into a cocktail glass.
11. Garnish with a sprinkle of all spice and cherries and serve.
12. For the Gingersnap cocktail: In a shaker, add ginger brandy, spiced rum, eggnog and crumbled gingersnaps and shake well.
13. Strain into a glass and serve.

SERVING
14. All the cocktails can be served chilled.
