Chowder Metropole Recipe
Ingredients
| Clam Juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery - 1/2 cup, finely-diced | ||
| Green pepper - 1/4 cup, finely-diced | ||
| Onion flakes | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaf | 1/2 | |
| Clams | 6 Ounce, cooked | |
| Carrots | 4 Ounce, cooked | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients except clams and carrots; simmer until celery is tender yet crisp.
2. Stir in carrots and clams; cook until thoroughly heated.
3. Season to taste.
SERVING
4. Serve Chowder Metropole with bread.
