Chow Mein Casserole Recipe

| Boiling water | 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) | |
| Uncooked converted rice | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Chopped celery | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Instant minced onion | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Condensed chicken with rice soup | 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can) | |
| Canned mushroom stems and pieces | 4 Ounce, drained (Use 1 Can) | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
Mix water, rice and salt; cover.
Cook and stir ground beef, celery and onion until meat is brown.
Drain off fat.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased 2 quart casserole.
Cover tightly; bake 30 minutes.
Uncover and stir; bake 30 minutes longer.
