Ingredients

 Green tomatoes15 Pound
 Cabbage5 1/2 Pound
 Green peppers6 To taste
 7 hot red peppers
 Onions10
 Salt1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar1 Gallon
 Sugar2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 box mixed pickling spices, in a bag
 Turmeric4 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard3 Tablespoon

Directions

Grind tomatoes, cabbage, peppers, and onions together.
Put in bag with salt; let drip overnight.
Put vinegar and seasonings in large pot; add ground vegetables.
Let come to boil; cook slowly 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Put in jars; seal.
