 1/4 peck string.beans cut in pieces
 1 head cauliflower, in flowerets
 3 cups shelled lima beans
 Corn kernels3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onions1 Quart, chopped
 Green peppers5 To taste, chopped
 1/4 peck green tomatoes chopped
 Cider vinegar3 Quart
 2 clips sugar
 Salt1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground mustard1/2 Pound
 Mustard seed2 Tablespoon
 Celery seed2 Tablespoon
 Tumeric1 Tablespoon

Directions

Prepare string beans, cauliflower, lima beans, and corn and cook together about 25 minutes.
Add chopped vegetables.
Heat vinegar, add combined spices and water, from cooked vegetables.
Add vegetables to vinegar and cook 25 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal immediately.
