Ingredients

 String beans1/2 pound
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)

 1/2 cup chicken stock or water
 1/4 teaspoon nosodium
 Glutamate
 Sugar1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash

Directions

Using a high flame, heat pan and add oil and salt.
Next add garlic.
Toss in string beans and stir for 10 seconds.
Add stock and cover for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover and add monosodium, sugar, and pepper.
