Chow Mein Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vegetables | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Hamburger buns | 8 , toasted | |
| Chow mein noodles | ||
Directions
Combine ground beef and onions in skillet; cook until brown.
Drain off excess fat.
Add vegetables.
Mix 1/3 cup water, soy sauce, and cornstarch; stir into beef mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Spoon onto bottom halves of buns.
Sprinkle with chowmein noodles.
Cover with bun tops.
