Chow Frozen Broccoli Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 1 box, frozen | |
| 1/2 teaspoon monosodium | ||
| 1 wedge ginger size of quarter glutamate | ||
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Using a high flame, heat pan and add oil and salt.
Then add piece of smashed ginger.
Add broccoli and stir for 30 seconds.
Cover for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover, add monosodium, sugar, and pepper.
