Chow Bean Sprouts And Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| Green peppers | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup chicken stock or water | ||
| 2 hot chili peppers | ||
| Bean sprouts | 3/4 pound | |
| Sherry | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Thin slice ginger | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon monosodium | ||
| 2 tablespoons vegetable oil glutamate | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Using a high flame, heat pan and add oil, salt, and ginger.
Add peppers and stir for 1 minute.
Add bean sprouts and stir.
Add stock and cover for 3 minutes.
Uncover, add sherry, monosodium, and sugar.
Stir.
Add peppers and stir for 1 minute.
Add bean sprouts and stir.
