Choux Fritters Recipe
Ingredients

| Flour | 300 Gram | |

| Cooking oil | 300 Milliliter | |
| Sugar | 100 Gram | |
Directions
Add butter and salt to the water and boil.
Remove from heat.
Add the sifted flour all at once while you continuously stir with a spatula until it doesn't stick to the pan any more.
Next add the eggs one by one to make a dough.
Allow to cool.
Heat the cooking oil and fry small balls of the dough until they turn yellow.
Coat the fritters with icing sugar
