Chou Fleur Polonais Recipe

Ingredients
| Cauliflower-1Iarge, broken into florets | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Butter | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic-1 small clove, pressed | ||
| Parsley | 7 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Bread crumbs | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 , finely chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1)Take a saucepan and put cauliflower, salt and water to cover.
2)Boil it and decrease heat and simmer until just tender. Drain.
3)In a shallow serving bowl and arrange the cauliflower.
4)In a small skillet, heat 3 tablespoons butter and add onions, sauté for a minute.
5)Then, add garlic and cook until onion is tender.
6)Add parsley, bread crumbs and egg.
7)Fold in remaining butter.
8)Pour the sauce on cauliflower and turn to coat well.
SERVING
9)Serve chou fleur polonaise hot.
