Chorizo Sausage Tacos Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb. chorizo sausages, diagonally sliced 1/4 inch thick | ||
| 1/2 cup mild taco sauce | ||
| 2 tablespoons sliced green onion | ||
| 6 taco shells | ||
| Shredded lettuce | ||
| Chopped tomatoes | ||
| Chopped avocados | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | ||
| Sliced black olives | ||
| Dairy sour cream | ||
Directions
In 1-quart casserole, combine sausage, taco sauce and onion.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until sausage is thoroughly cooked, stirring once.
Spoon mixture evenly into taco shells.
Serve with desired toppings.
