Ingredients

 2 chorizo sausages (about 3 oz. each)
 Lean ground beef1/2 pound
 1 green onion (including top), finely chopped
 Green chiles1/2 Can (10oz), diced
 1/2 cup shredded jack cheese

Directions

Remove casings from chorizos.
In a wide frying pan over medium-high heat, crumble chorizos and beef.
Cook, stirring, until meat is browned (about 5 minutes); spoon off excess drippings.
Stir in green onion, chiles, and cheese.
Cook, stirring, until cheese melts.
Cool.
