Chopstick Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup celery, cut in small pieces | ||
| 1 cup onion, cut in small pieces | ||
| 1/2 cup green pepper, cut in small pieces | ||
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| 1 large can or 3 small cans tuna | ||
| Bean sprouts | 19 Ounce | |
| Chow mein noodles | 19 Ounce | |
| Water | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 can sliced mushrooms or 1 cup raw mushrooms | ||
| 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced OR almonds | ||
Directions
Mix all together.
Bake 50 minutes at 350°F (or 325°F for pyrex).
Cover for first 25 minutes.
