Chopped Liver Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. calves liver
1/2 to 3/4 c chicken fat or salad oil
1 Ige. onion diced
4 hard cooked eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Panf ry liver slowly in small amount of chicken fat.
Saute onion until lightly browned.
Grind or chop liver, eggs and sauted onion together.
Add remaining chicken fat, salt and pepper.
Serve on rye or pumpernickel rounds or crisp crackers.
