Cranberry pudding is a tart and tasty pudding, which can be enjoyed only for few days. This pudding tastes best when made with fresh cranberries. If you wish you can add brown sugar instead of sugar and make this pudding.

All-purpose flour-3 1/2 cups
 
Baking soda-1 1/2 teaspoons
 
Butter-1/2 cup
 
Sugar-1 cup
 
Eggs-2
 
Milk-1 1/2 cups
 
Cranberries-1 1/2cups, chopped
 
Vanilla-1/2 teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, sift flour and soda together.
2)In another bowl, beat butter and sugar and then add eggs.
3)Mix the flour mixture alternately with 1/2 cup milk.
4)Add cranberries.
5)Take a greased mold and put the mixture into it.
6)Steam for 2 hours.
7)In a saucepan, add milk and vanilla. Heat gently.

SERVING
8)Unmold pudding and pour hot milk over pudding. Serve.
