Chopped Salad Recipe
Ingredients

| 3 cups lightly packed chopped red-leaf lettuce | ||
| Cauliflower | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 2 cups diced 1/2 in.) zucchini | ||

Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix rice vinegar and oil.
2. Add romaine, red-leaf lettuce, cauliflower, and zucchini. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.
