1 lb. chicken livers
 
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
 
1/3 cup rendered chicken fat
 
3 hard-cooked eggs
 
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
 
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
 
1 tsp. salt
 
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

Chop liver so it won t pop during cooking.
In 1 1/2 qt glass casserole combine liver, onion and rendered fat.
Microwave medium (50%) 8-10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes until liver is no longer pink but not hard.
Chop into tiny pieces. (Use food processor if you have one.) Mince eggs, saving 1/2 yolk for garnish.
Blend with liver, sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Chill before
