Chop Suey Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. cubed veal
1 1/2 lb. cubed pork
Flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. mushrooms
2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
3/4 c. Minute rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
1 1/2 cans water
1/4 lb. cashew nuts
Directions
Roll meat in flour; brown in butter in skillet.
Put in large bowl; add remaining ingredients except nuts.
Mix well.
Bake in uncovered 9 1/2 x 13 inch baking dish 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees, stirring occasionally.
Add nuts; bake 20 minutes longer.
