Uncooked chicken breast- 2 pounds, cut into pieces one-sixteenth inch by one inch by one-half inch
Bean sprouts- as required, equal in measure to the chicken
Onions-2 cups, cut into thread
Bamboo shoots- 2 cups, cut into pieces the same size as the chicken
Mushrooms- 2 cups, sliced thin
Fat or oil- as required
Directions
MAKING
1.In a frying pan, place the chicken meat, bean sprouts, onions, bamboo shoots and mushrooms along with a little fat or oil to prevent sticking
2. Saute for 10 minutes
3.Add hot water to cover and cook for 15 longer
4.Add Chinese gravy and season to taste, now remove from fire
