Chicken Chop Suey Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups sliced celery
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups cooked cubed chicken
2 cans (8-oz. each) water chestnuts, sliced and undrained
1 can (1 lb.) bean sprouts, undrained
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 can (3 oz.) chow mein noodles or hot cooked rice
Directions
Place celery and butter in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
Stir once during cooking.
Add chicken and vegetables.
Combine soy sauce and cornstarch.
Stir into vegetable mixture.
Cover and microwave 14 to 16 minutes.
Stir twice during cooking.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
