Chop Suey With Bean Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Beef | 1⁄2 Pound, diced | |
| Pork | 1 Pound, diced | |
| Grated onions | 2 | |
| Stalk celery | 1 Large | |
| Chop suey sauce | 20 Fluid Ounce (Use One No. 3 Bottle) | |
| Canned bean sprouts | 20 Ounce (1 Can) | |
| Canned mushrooms | 4 Ounce (1 Can) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Brown meat with onions.
Cut celery in small pieces.
Put meat, celery and onions in a kettle to cook.
Add chop suey sauce and 1 cup water.
Drain liquid from bean sprouts and mushrooms and add to kettle.
Cook till done.
Add bean sprouts and mushrooms; thicken with cornstarch.
Do not add salt.
Serve over rice or chow meinnoodles.
