 Pork1 Pound, diced
 Grated onions2
 Stalk celery1 Large
 Chop suey sauce20 Fluid Ounce (Use One No. 3 Bottle)
 Canned bean sprouts20 Ounce (1 Can)
 Canned mushrooms4 Ounce (1 Can)
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon

Directions

Brown meat with onions.
Cut celery in small pieces.
Put meat, celery and onions in a kettle to cook.
Add chop suey sauce and 1 cup water.
Drain liquid from bean sprouts and mushrooms and add to kettle.
Cook till done.
Add bean sprouts and mushrooms; thicken with cornstarch.
Do not add salt.
Serve over rice or chow meinnoodles.
