Chocolate Velvet Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
| Unsweetened chocolate square | 2 1/2 | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs – 5, separated | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Confectioner’s Sugar – 1 cup | ||
| Graham Cracker Rolled to fine crumbs – 1 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl place the chocolate, melt in the microwave and then leave to cool
2) Atop a double boiler, combine the milk, sugar and the egg yolks
3) Stir the mixture constantly till thickened and then allow to cool
4) Cream the butter and confectioners’ sugar together using the electric beater
5) Add in the melted chocolate and blend in well
6) Then add the egg yolk mixture and continue to blend
7) In another bowl, whip the egg whites till stiff
8) Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg white mixture
9) Spread half the crumbs evenly onto bottom of an 8 inch square pan
10) Pour in the batter and spread evenly
11) Top with remaining crumbs
12) Place in the refrigerator to chill overnight

13) Cut into squares and serve
