Ingredients
1 pkg. Pillsbury Coconut Almond or Coconut Pecan Frosting Mix
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup solid shortening or margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar 6oz. pkg. (1 cup) semi sweet chocolate pieces
3/4 cup peanut butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, blend first four ingredients at low speed until crumbly.
Press mixture into ungreased 15x10 inch jelly roll pan or 13x9 inch pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until light golden brown.
In small saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate pieces and peanut butter.
Stir constantly until chocolate pieces are melted.
Spread over bars.
