Chocolate Spice Torte Recipe
Ingredients
12 lady fingers, split
1/2 C orange marmalade
1 to 2 t water
2 pkgs. chocolate fudge whipped dessert mix
1/2 t cinnamon
1 envelope whipped topping mix, prepared as directed
Directions
Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with waxed paper.
Arrange lady fingers on bottom and sides of pan (reserving 5 for second layer).
Stir marmalade and water together until spreading consistency.
Combine cinnamon and dessert mix; prepare as directed.
Spread bottom layer of lady fingers with half of marmalade.
Top with half of chocolate mixture.
Arrange remaining lady fingers (spread with marmalade) on top.
Add remaining chocolate mixture.
Chill 2 hours.
Top with prepared whipped topping.
