Chocolate, Sour Cream And Coconut Topping Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces 250 mL
1 cup sour cream 250 mL
1/4 cup toasted coconut 50 mL
1 tsp vanilla 5 mL
Directions
In top of a double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate.
Add sour cream, stirring until well blended.
Add coconut and vanilla and mix well
HINT: Buy or make molded chocolate cups.
Fill them with ice-cream, drizzle with a sauce or liqueur that compliments the ice cream flavor.
