Chocolate Sauce (for Cream Puffs) Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
In saucepan combine sugar, water, and corn syrup; bring to a boil.
Gradually add to chocolate, blending well.
Boil gently 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add vanilla.
Cover entire surface with clear plastic wrap; cool.
