Chocolate Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
6 ounces semisweet chocolate pieces
3 tablespoons cold water
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon dark rum
Directions
Melt the chocolate in the water and add the remaining ingredients.
Serve hot or cold.
The sauce will thicken as it cools and will require reheating and thinning out with a little more cream or water if it is taken right from the refrigerator.
