 Baking cocoa2 Tablespoon
 Boiling water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Dash
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine the sugar, cornstarch and baking cocoa in a 1 quart microwave safe bowl.
Stir in the boiling water and salt.
Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture boils, stirring once or twice.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Stir in the butter and vanilla.
