Chocolate Pudding (Budino Al Cioccolato) Recipe
Thanks to my neighbor for sharing this excellent Chocolate Pudding recipe. The Italian Chocolate Pudding is eaten as a Snack. I am certain you and I will concur that this Chocolate Pudding is just delicious.
Ingredients
1/2 lb (250 g) unsweetened chocolate grated
4 cups (1 liter) milk
1/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup (250 ml) cream, whipped
Directions
Combine the chocolate and milk in a saucepan.
Cook over a very low heat until the chocolate is dissolved.
Mix together the sugar and flour in the top of a double boiler.
Slowly pour on the chocolate milk, stirring constantly.
Place over simmering water and continue stirring until mixture thickens.
Cool.
Pour into an oiled ring mold and chill until set.
Unmold and serve with whipped cream.
