12 chocolate covered peppermints
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon kirsch
Directions
Melt peppermints in a double boiler over hot water.
When dissolved, stir in one cup heavy sweetened cream.
Heat to boiling point and add 1 tablespoon kirsch.
Serve hot or cold.
