Chocolate-Peppermint Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Soft butter | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsweetened chocolate | 2 Ounce | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate | 2 Ounce | |
| Eggs | 3 , light beaten | |
| Peppermint extract | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Graham cracker crust | 9 Inch | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Confectionerâs sugar | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Cream butter and sugar in mixer at high speed for 10 minutes or until fluffy.
Melt chocolates; cool to lukewarm.
Add to butter mixture; blend in eggs and flavoring.
Pour into crust; chill for 8 hours or over- night.
Whip cream with confectioners' sugar.
Spoon over pie.
